You can simply return or exchange products as per below conditions.You can raise a replacement request on the Website or by calling our Customer Service team on 01552404583 at Paikary Dokan . A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.
Here's the conditions for returning any items:
1.Delivering wrong product to customers.
2.If products found damaged during delivery.
3.If the product is not same as described in website
4.If customers have received any product with wrong quality and quantity.
5.Product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.
6.You have to inform Paikary Dokan about return the product within the same delivery day.
Paikary Dokan is always tries to deliver the best products on time to its customers. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products to our customers, we will notify you within 12 hours for any special item requested by customers and 6 hours for any grocery items via phone, text or email. If the service, that Paikary Dokan fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 10 Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:
1. If customer cancel the order (Full or Partial) after payment.
2. If Paikary Dokan is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by Paikary Dokan.
Refund Process:
1. To Apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline 01552404583.
2. Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from unephmartbangladesh@gmail.com.
3. Customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to unephmartbangladesh@gmail.com
4. After receiving the email from customer Paikary Dokan will take 7 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
5. If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000 for COD the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
6. If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 for COD, Paikary Dokan will issue an account payee cheque to the customers.

Hence, we’ve introduced the online payment method to ensure the easiest transparent medium so that you can receive your accurate refund amount within the next 7-10 working days.
